i found the breakfast good , especially ismail's service. the rooms were clean. the staff was very kind and helpful. i appreciated the central location , close to all tourist destinations.

The location was pretty good. It was easy to get to main areas.
the room was smaller than i expected from the photos. the noise at night was really bad because of nearby clubs. also, the pre-packaged breakfast wasnt great, the bread tasted stale and they gave a small package of jam and butter.

ismail hospitality was really great, he made my requests happen quickly. during checkout on labor day, he walked three kilometers to find a taxi with a normal price. he even called to check if we arrived safely, that was very kind. the staff were kind and wanted us to feel at home, i am very happy.
in the night, there were parties every day, so i felt noise. it make me sleepless. i think hotel should control the noise.

the hotel includes video surveillance, and this. the reception operates twenty-four hours, so i had assistance at any time. i like that they helped with luggage and taxis, showing attention.

the hotel location is in the middle of a street, this is ideal. istiklal street is only meters away from the hotel, this is handy. shops and restaurants operate until midnight, it seems safe.

breakfast is good, and i liked that. they offered free tea and coffee all day, this was very good. i think having tea and coffee anytime is important.
